My journey into breath began as a sacred remembering — a song born from the silence of my own thawing. For many years, I lived in a body held in the frozen stillness of old survival patterns. Then I found conscious-connected breathwork — the living water that moves through what has been sealed, releasing all I had held in the dark and bringing what had been frozen back to life.
Because I have traveled this passage myself, I know its terrain — the bracing, the numbness, the breath you’ve held so long you forgot you were holding it. I meet you as a compassionate witness, holding a safe and unhurried space where your old patterns begin to soften, where the contraction of the past meets the expansion of the now, and where your body remembers its own sovereign song.
