I am a yoga teacher, wellbeing therapist, and spiritual guide dedicated to helping others shine and become the best versions of themselves. My work is rooted in holistic healing, creating safe and nurturing spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and step into their fullest potential.

I am thrilled to be currently training with The Air School to become a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, expanding my practice to incorporate the transformative power of breathwork. I believe in the deep connection between the body, mind, and spirit, and I integrate yoga, energy healing, and breathwork to support profound personal growth and transformation.

My mission is to guide others on their journey of self-discovery, helping them release limitations, cultivate inner peace, and live with greater authenticity and joy. Through mindful movement, conscious breath, and self-exploration, I empower individuals to heal, grow, and embrace their true essence.

My work is a reflection of my own journey; one of learning, evolving, and aligning with my purpose. I am deeply passionate about holding space for others to heal and thrive, and I feel honored to walk alongside them on this path of transformation.
