Deborah found Breathwork during her long recovery journey after medical retirement from the Royal Navy in her late 20s. Anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, and complex PTSD had swamped her, but through Breathwork and TRE® (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, her other main modality) she steadily found herself becoming more grounded, more safely embodied, and more alive, more herself. They continue to help her maintain a deeper connection to herself and life.
Deborah is passionate about holding safe space for clients to reconnect to themselves, through Breathwork and TRE®. The trauma work, deeply informs how she works with Breathwork, ensuring she brings a slow, calm, regulated presence to client sessions (a “safe mother” energy).
She offers this work with love, kindness, and compassion to all those who are drawn. She finds her work as a Breathwork Trainer profoundly rewarding, supporting the Breathwork Practitioners of the future to become not only skilled professionals, but to dive deeply into their own healing journeys along the way.
