I began my breathwork journey in my mid twenties, first turning to breathing practices and cold water exposure as a way to support myself through depression and anxiety.

I was determined to explore a more natural path and committed to daily practice for several years. During that time, I experienced both the power and the intensity of deep breathwork.

It wasn’t until I stepped back and explored additional tools for mental health that I realised how important integration and nervous system safety truly are. That period shaped my approach and led me to study the science behind breathwork alongside its roots in Eastern philosophy.

Over the years, I’ve explored many techniques, but I’ve been particularly drawn to conscious connected breath for its depth and transformative potential. After being made redundant from my previous career, I chose to fully commit to this path, founding Lumea Breath and beginning my formal facilitator training with the Air School of Breathwork.

I’m passionate about creating safe, grounded spaces for others to explore their inner world, and I look forward to sharing this work across Wales and beyond.
