John Paul Mason graduated from Air is a Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner in 2013. He has particular expertise in working with trauma, including sexual trauma and abuse, helping clients to feel more empowered and connected to who they are. He now runs his own breathwork training school through Breathing Journeys based in Scotland and runs regular workshops, online courses and trainings for counsellors and other therapists to help them integrate breathwork into their own practice.
