Have you ever felt as though you had finally found something worth moving towards, something that felt both grounding and expansive? For me, that is becoming a breathing facilitator. I hope to guide others back to their breath, to that soft inner space we so easily lose in the noise of everyday life.
I was fortunate to grow up in an environment where connecting to the breath was natural, almost instinctive. However, in school, I struggled. I never quite fit into the system; my emotional intelligence was overlooked, not really valued. Through my own search for learning outside traditional education, and especially since beginning breathwork at AIR, I have been able to embrace my strengths. Working with AIR has allowed me to follow the breath inward, to deepen my own awareness, and I would love to support others in their own process.
In a world that often moves too quickly, I am learning to balance inner work with my desire to make a positive impact. Breathwork enables both. Its simplicity, grounding presence, and ability to restore peace are qualities. Let’s discover it together?
