Welcome, and thank you for finding your way here. Rebirthing breathwork came into my life as a quiet invitation I couldn’t ignore — a calling I’ve felt drawn to follow ever since.
What moves me most about this work is how the breath asks for so little and offers so much. It doesn’t force or push. It simply creates the space for what’s been held — the old beliefs, the protective patterns, the stories we forgot we were carrying — to soften and release in their own time. Again and again, I’m humbled by its gentleness and its depth.
I came to rebirthing through my own search for healing, and the breath has changed the way I meet myself and the people around me. It’s a path I’m grateful to share with my partner, Bree, who found the breath alongside me and walks it now as a practitioner too. That kind of transformation has a way of rippling outward.
What I love most is being a witness — holding a steady, compassionate presence while another person comes home to who they truly are. To empower others to trust their own unfolding, and to be present for that moment of return, is the greatest honor I know.
