Hello & welcome! I am Nicola, a fully qualified psycho-therapeutic counsellor and student Conscious Connected Breathworker here at Air School of Breathwork. I am currently offering concessionary rates for 1.5 – 2 hour breathes face-to-face in Crawley and online. Further to this I am seeking 2 individuals to journey through 10 sessions of breathwork with me at a further reduced rate.
Our sessions may be used (anonymously) as case studies towards my diploma. My former career in Sports Massage and as a Mindfulness for Stress Course facilitator deepens what I bring to our breathes. I am also a fully qualified, experienced level 6 psycho-therapeutic counsellor so if anything difficult comes up for you, you are in safe, trauma-informed hands.
