I’m a British-born facilitator and space holder who moved to rural Southwest France in 2019 to build something rooted, regenerative and real.

My work sits at the intersection of land, people and community.

I’m trained in Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga (Yoga Alliance), hold a diploma in Aromatherapy, and a diploma in Eco-Psychology. I’ve facilitated nature-connection immersions, permaculture courses, women’s circles and community gatherings for many years.

I am currently in professional training in Breathwork and will complete my full qualification next year. Breath is at the heart of my current work – I offer guided breathwork sessions in an apprenticeship capacity, integrating trauma-awareness, consent and grounded facilitation throughout.

My background includes Level 3 training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC Resolution UK), deep inner-child integration, conscious communication and sacred boundaries work.

Before this chapter, I worked for many years as a frontline social worker, supporting immigrants and survivors of torture, end-of-life and cancer patients, and families navigating Alzheimer’s and complex care. That work shaped my trauma-informed approach – steady, respectful, and deeply attuned to capacity. My retreat space is the convergence of all these strands; healing work, ecological responsibility and conscious community – woven into the land.
