Contact details:

Petra Peyer is a certified breathwork facilitator, resilience educator, and founder of Breath of My Life. Based in Switzerland, she works with adults, professionals, children, and families, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and embodied wellbeing through breath-based and integrative practices.

Originally trained as a kindergarten teacher, Petra brings a deep understanding of child development, emotional safety, and regulation into her work with children and young people.

This foundation continues to shape her trauma-aware, grounded approach across all age groups. Her work combines conscious connected breathwork, nervous system regulation, sound healing, EFT, and elements of life coaching and mentoring. Petra is known for creating carefully held spaces that support clarity, emotional release, and reconnection to inner resources – without pressure or spiritual performance.

In addition to private sessions and group work, Petra organises live music breathwork journeys, sound and breath experiences, and breath-dance events across Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and the UK, including collaborations such as the Breathe Festival. She also curates and facilitates specially tailored retreats in Egypt and other locations worldwide.

Petra holds dedicated breathwork circles for men and women, and collaborates internationally to create experiences that are both deeply human and practically transformative. At the heart of her work is a simple principle: breath as a bridge between body, emotion, and conscious living.
