Professional Breathwork training programme
There are 4, week-long modules to complete - Sacred Breath, Sacred Love, Sacred Life and Sacred Path. You also attend one further module as an assistant, this can be any module online or in person. The training is done over a minimum of two years. The course is a 400 hour training.
Further to the modules, students are supported in fulfilling the requirements for graduation, and in being a confident, competent, caring, professional Rebirther and setting up your own thriving practice.

The modules can be taken online or in person, or both. We encourage at least two modules in person. They can be taken in any order and spaced out as convenient. We hold 5 week-long modules per year to choose from: 3 Residential or 2 Online versions. The group sizes are a maximum of 16 students.
international community
AIR is a beautiful and caring, international community, valued for its support from the teachers and fellow students and graduates. There is a weekly online group breathe for all students, assistants and graduates and members of the public run by Kerry Veitch at £5 - £15 /session (donation basis). Or there will be a fortnightly breathing circle run by trainers and graduates of AIR - more info coming soon on dates.
Residential COURSES
The modules are each a deeply nourishing and transformational personal journey. Held in beautiful locations in South West France and the UK, with delicious, home cooked vegetarian food, breathtaking walks and often wild swimming. You will experience daily breathwork sessions, including warm water sessions in our own hot-tub. The AIR School of Breathwork Diploma is recognised by and fulfils British Rebirth Society - BRS and Global Professional Breathwork Alliance - GPBA requirements for professional Rebirthers/Breathworkers.

SACRED BREATH TRAINING MODULE
When we are in utero, and up to the age of 18 months, our limbic system is highly sensitive to the world around us, our experiences are stored as body memories and stay with us for a lifetime. In this module we explore the impact on your psyche of your birth experience and your younger years. We look at your perinatal experiences & traumas, moving through early years, your stages of development, and how this relates to your sense of Self.
Discovering your Natural Breath (which is your unique breath pattern)
Identifying the influence your Birth, perinatal and past life influences are having on your life.
Identifying how other events in your life have affected your breathing and your thinking.
Learning how to shift from Victim to Empowered Self.
Uncovering unwanted patterns in your daily life.
Explore the relationship between your parents and you as a baby
Using Present Moment Awareness to liberate yourself from the shackles of the past.
Looking into the anatomy of the Breath and learning to recognise energy patterns.
Understanding how breathing energy works, how to enter altered states of consciousness and receive useful insights about your life.

SACRED LOVE TRAINING MODULE
As we move from being a baby to a young child, how do we begin to relate to others? How do we see ourselves at this time? What did we need to do to get the attention that we needed? We explore our relationship with ourselves and our awareness of our feelings and our understanding of love.

SACRED LIFE TRAINING MODULE
During this module, we explore our journey into teenage years and into younger adulthood. We look at our will power, how our ego governs us and how we voice our opinions and our truths. We look at how you can transform the relationship with yourself, and then with others by delving deep into the origins of our belief systems.

This module focuses on preparing to take on clients and building your professional career. We look at developing our purpose and direction in life. What is stopping us being unstoppable?

Uncovering and shifting that which is in your way of creating abundance and prosperity in your life.
Transforming your pain into wisdom by becoming a loving witness

TRAINING PRICE
The price of each week-long Online Breathwork Module is £700. (7 Days)
The price of each week-long Residential Breathwork Module is £1200 (incl food and accommodation).
Students Assisting on a residential Module - £500, Students Assisting on an Online Module £350.
So for example if you did 2 online and 2 residential modules for your training it would cost £3,800 including meals and accommodation. Then another £500 for assisting on a residential to complete your training. = £4,300 in total (with three modules being week long residential, including all meals and accommodation)
To register on a module there is £100 non refundable/transferable deposit to secure a place. Then 2024 onwards full payment for each module is due at least two weeks before the module starts.
DISCOUNTS & BURSARIES
Full training prices, 5 modules: -10%
For example 5 modules (3 residential and 2 online) : £3870 instead of £4300 when register for the full training.
The -10% discount is also available after trying one module.
For any registration request for the full training, please contact us in advance via email airschoolofbreathwork@gmail.com. Training payable in 1 or 2 payments, or in 12 or 18 monthly installments to receive the discount.
AIR School of Breathwork offers 2 bursaries per year. Please email for the application form. These bursaries are offered by the 31 December to start the next year. The application deadline is the 1st December each year. Applications can be submitted any time of year, but the start date if successful would be the first module of each new year.
